-All communication must be on the corresponding message thread of the confirmed reservation. You must download the app on your phone for all messages to display correctly. Please note I have 40+ listings so this is crucial to offer the best service. This will allow me to address questions quickly as the platform identifies you immediately and there is also 24/7 staff monitoring messages.

-No 3rd party bookings are allowed. The person that books must be present at all times. No information will be shared with anyone other than the person that booked the reservation. If not followed your reservation may be canceled at anytime.

-Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. No early check in or late check out. If you wish to check in earlier please book the previous night, and if you wish to check out later please book the following night if available. There are many restaurants near the airport and/or the properties where you can enjoy a meal or a drink in while waiting. You could also visit the Mall of San Juan just across from SJU Airport or Plaza Las Americas which is the largest mall in San Juan. Alternatively, you could leave your luggage at Hold my Bags – We keep your bags so you can keep going. Unapproved late checkout will have a $50 per hour fee.

-Puerto Rico’s infrastructure suffers from spontaneous outages. That being said-power, water and internet may suffer an outage during your stay. If it is essential that you have these services uninterrupted be sure to book one of the listings that has a generator; otherwise, I recommend booking a hotel. No refunds will be granted for power, water or internet outages.

-Some listings have fees depending on the amount of guests to account for additional expenditures with the increased amount of guests and to leave the correct amount of amenities during your stay. If you do not book for the correct amount of guests your reservation may be canceled at anytime.

-We provide paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body/hand/dish soap for your arrival and a few days after. If these run out guests must buy their own.

-Payment processing is handled by the platform you booked on, so all inquiries must be directed to them including partial payments, payment dates, etc.

-Most of my properties are located within the city of San Juan which like many major cities has its nuances. Noise is common from cars with music, motorcycles, roosters, dogs barking, fireworks, etc. If you are a light sleeper, please bring earplugs or consider booking a hotel or a property away from the city.

-Towels: 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel will be provided for each guest on the reservation for every 2-3 days up to a week. If the reservation is longer than 7 days guests can wash the provided towels on-site if available (check listing amenities) or at a laundromat. Washcloths are not typical in Puerto Rico and are not provided. Please bring your own if needed.

-We have an in-line water heater at this location, which means that the water is heated as it is being consumed. Please note that these water heaters are not designed to produce scolding hot water rather to heat the water to a reasonable hot temperature.
